There's not much story tp speak of, really. Phoenix decides he loves Edgeworth kinda the same way a puppy loves its owner. After seeing Edgeworth working in the courtroom Phoenix decides he wants to be a defense attorney so he can look at Edgeworth while he works! XD
AS for Larry, he tells Phoenix he cannot marry Edgeworth (for obvious reasons) and that makes Phoenix cry!
"Larry said Edgeworth and I cannot get married! I love Edgeworth with all my heart and I wanna marry him!"
It seems Phoenix gets overwhelmed by his affection for Edgeworth and kisses him. He asks if Edgeworth loves him too and Edgeworth is like "Yeah, of course" Then Phoenix is like " whoooaa! really?! We should totally mate, then!" but doesn't seem to know exactly what that means. Yah, Gumshoe is also a dog person. He shows Phoenix so he's not scared of him. He also says that Phoenix's breed grows up very fast. That's why Phoenix is suddenly an adult in the next strip AND horny as hell.
